How are Fetch and Enrich different?
Fetch gives you free public coordinate data. Enrich adds authoritative parcel identity and attributes, along with public context. Free operations have rate and capacity limits.
How is Search billed?
Search returns basic parcel results at the per-page rate above. Enrichment is optional and must be requested explicitly. It adds the Enrich rate for each successfully enriched parcel delivered. Selecting more fields does not change the Enrich price.
What can I do with the welcome balance?
Your $10.00 welcome balance is a one-time grant. It never expires and has no recurring refill. At Free rates, it covers 500 parcel enrichments, 50 search pages, or 100 answers. You can mix operations. Free operations do not use this balance.
What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?
Add funds from $10.00 and keep your active plan’s rates: Build stays Build and Growth stays Growth. Auto-recharge is optional and requires your explicit opt-in. Paid calls stop when the available balance or your spending limit cannot cover them.
Does unused balance carry over?
Unused paid allowance carries into one additional paid billing period, capped at that next period’s allowance. Carried funds are used first and cannot roll again. Allowances follow your subscription billing day. Purchased funds never expire.
When do plan changes take effect?
Changes between Build and Growth take effect at your next renewal. Your current rates and allowance remain in place until then.
