CRM Address Cleanup

Turn a messy list of CRM or lead addresses into clean, canonical records — with an explicit review queue for anything ambiguous.

How it works
- Call free POST /v1/geocode once per address, using bounded concurrency within your account limits.
- Compare normalized_address with the original and inspect accuracy_type. Put unmatched or overly coarse addresses into a review queue; keep authentication, rate-limit and server errors separate.
- Keep the clean and review lists separate. Geocode supplies identity and coordinates; call paid Enrich only when you also need parcel data.
