How it works

1. Start with candidate addresses, or discover parcels with POST /v1/search, which requires a state or state2 filter using eq or a nonempty in list of US state codes (50 states + DC). County is optional. Basic Search returns identity plus filter values and requested public Search or Enrich extras in fields, excluding identity duplicates; extras are included in the Search page price. Set enrich: true to always attempt the full catalog in enriched_fields, regardless of request fields, at the Enrich rate per successfully enriched returned parcel.
2. For each known candidate, call POST /v1/enrich with its address or returned coordinate and your selected fields. Use a unique stable retry key per candidate.
3. Continue only when parcel_match.status is matched. Send ambiguous or no_match results to review; treat unavailable sources and HTTP failures as errors, not rejected candidates.
4. Filter the cited Enrich fields against your criteria. Free point context is included when selected; free Fetch does not return parcel ownership, boundaries or parcel-derived measurements.
