- Send an address or coordinate to POST /v1/enrich and select the property and context fields needed for diligence.
- Read parcel_match before using the fields. A matched record identifies the parcel; ambiguous and no_match results need review. Do not silently choose among candidate parcels.
- Read returned values, source names, confidence and interpretation hints. Failed fields and null-valued fields outside the fixed allowlist are omitted; retained nulls can still mean missing information. Missing data is not evidence that a property has no risk. A successfully matched Enrich costs $0.02 on Free, $0.018 on Build or $0.015 on Growth.
